About José Morais
José Morais, the principal consultant of Safer Food Strategies has over
18 years experience in the food industry, specializing in food production management,
including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), TQM (Total Quality Management),
GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) processes. He also is an international award-winning chef
gaining experience on four continents.
José has Bachelor and Masters degrees in Food
Science and Nutrition and is a Registered Dietitian. He is committed to the creation of
the best tasting and appealing food (using his expertise as a Chef), of the highest nutritional
quality (using his expertise as a Dietitian), created and delivered to the consumer in the safest
possible manner (using his expertise as a food production manager and his formal education).
